| Scope of Activity: | “Bularmex-IK” AD is a Bulgarian manufacturing company, that designs, manufactures, delivers and services forged and cast steel valves for power engineering, gas transmission, processing and chemical industry.
The company offers complex engineering solutions related to the production and delivery of closing, regulating and safety valves, as well as special valves for the needs of various industries.
Key products in Company’s production portfolio are globe valves, gate valves, check valves and valves with construction of forged body and pressure seal bonnet, designed for heavy operating conditions, including high pressures (up to 42Mpa) and temperature (up to 600°Ñ).
The products of the Company are with a very wide application, characterizing with high reliability, long service life and excellent repairability.
The machine park of “Bularmex-IK” AD includes the last generation CNC lathes and CNC milling machines, fully robotized welding system, as well as several welding automatic machines. The control of the manufactured valves is performed on modern hydraulic testing benches.
“Bularmex-IK” AD maintains a quality management system, the company is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 .
The valves manufactured by “Bularmex-IK” AD are in accordance with the requirements of European Community and European Directive 2014/68/EU for pressure equipment. The manufactured products have CE marking, in compliance with a certificate of full quality assurance module “H”. |
