|Scope of Activity:|| Charging stations for electric vehicles manufactured by Elprom EMZ Ltd. Shabla of the series - MAR, MAR BUS, VAL, VAL BUS and mini VAL are designed for outdoor and indoor installation. Reliable metal housings provide a high degree of protection (IP 54) and high vandal resistance (IK 10), allowing them to be installed in places with extreme temperature and high humidity.|
Charging stations for electric vehicles are manufactured with a contact power of up to 43 kW at 400 V for type 2 (EN 62196-2), interlocking system (IEC 61851). The maximum output current is 3 x 63A for a frequency of 50 Hz.
Charging stations for electric vehicles manufactured by Elprom EMZ Ltd. of the MAR, MAR BUS, VAL and VAL BUS series can operate in several modes:
* Autonomous mode of operation - start of charging from the station and stop it is carried out by means of contactless card or contactless chip RFID reader.
* The station is connected to a local-local computer: charging from the station starts and stops with the help of a contactless card contactless chip and RFID reader, the station owner receives information on the respective computer. The station identifies each user who uses it. The payment method is based on consumption and time - usually the price is set for using the charging stations for one minute, the owner changes this price at his discretion.
The contactless cards can also be used as prepaid cards, in the respective card it charges a certain amount in BGN and the customer pays for the service of starting their car. It is required to have a permanent connection to the computer and the charging station itself via a LAN module, in the absence of such an option, WiFi modules can be used.
* The station works in connection with a central server: In this case, it is possible to download from the internet mobile WEB application through which, the necessary station can be found, the car can be navigated to it, the corresponding charging station can be saved by SMS. from the car to the station, the work of the charging station can be managed and after the charging is completed the payment of the service can be made and the customer can pay with the help of a bank debit or credit card. Communication in the application takes place in different languages. The application gives information about the charges made so far - when the charging started, when it ended, how many kW / h the car took, how much the customer paid.
It is required to have a permanent internet connection on the server and the charging station itself via a LAN module, in the absence of such an option, WiFi modules or GSM modules can be used. There are several different types of contacts for each charging station: Type 1, Type 2, Type 3, Shuko and more.
